We are proud of our Office Manager Fiona Keegan who recently represented New Zealand in indoor bowls with the Mat Blacks.
Fiona and the Mat Blacks recently competed with Australia to retain the Henselite Trophy, winning by just one game 34-32 at the Southland Indoor Bowls Stadium, Invercargill on 25th May. The International, played over three days, was an outstanding success with both teams giving their utmost for their countries.
More recently, Fiona competed in the Indoor Bowls National Championships in Rotorua, getting third equal in the triples, and placing in the top 16 in the singles and pairs.
Fiona has represented New Zealand since 2011 and Tauranga since 1990. We’re proud to have her representing our country and our region in her sport. Find out more about what we are doing in our community.
