While our front line team of skilled tradespeople have been supporting essential businesses and services during COVID-19 Level 4 restrictions, behind the scenes, we have developed new and robust, safe working plans and procedures to enable the Page Macrae Engineering team to operate safely under Level 3 restrictions.
They have been developed to keep you, our clients’ and our team safe, with the end goal of helping you get your businesses up and running again as soon as possible.
Visitors, Deliveries and Pick Up’s
While it is great to be up and running under Level 3 restrictions, we want to keep our staff and our supportive supply chain safe and well.
To ensure this, we ask for your assistance on the following measures when doing business with us:
Visitors, members of the public, Sales reps
We are unable to have you visit our sites currently but you are important to us so we encourage contact through phone, email and video calls.
Access to our sites is limited to our essential staff and when absolutely necessary, approved contractors who have been inducted in relation to our Safe Working Procedure(SWP) prior to entering our premises.
Our reception will be closed during level 3 restrictions but we are ready for your call.

Courier deliveries and Pick Up’s
All courier delivery’s and pick up’s are to made to the rear door of our stores via the barrier arm carpark at 23 Aviation Ave entrance
Delivery drivers are not permitted in to our buildings under any circumstances and contactless documentation processes are a must
We also encourage the use of gloves when delivering or receiving from our stores
Major Deliveries and Pick Up’s
All major materials delivery’s and pick up’s can be made vis our 23 Aviation Ave entrance preferably between the hours of 7.30am-3.30pm
