FABRICATION

We can fabricate, maintain or repair almost anything

When you need an engineer to complete your heavy fabrication project, we can provide a solution. Since 1955, we’ve used the knowledge, skills and experience gained from successfully completing a wide range of interesting and complex projects.

We’ve completed heavy fabrication, pipe spooling, tank construction, stainless steel fabrication and onsite installation projects for clients in industries including power generation, petrochemical, pulp and paper, food processing and bulk materials handling.

We offer a full spectrum of welding procedures and technology for plate thicknesses up to 100mm in carbon steel and for specialist materials such as chrome-moly and titanium. We can roll plate up to 3m wide and 25mm thick. Our team are qualified and their work regularly monitored and checked by our Quality Assurance team.

Wherever you’re located, we can fabricate offsite and deliver to your site for installation. Our close proximity to Port of Tauranga, New Zealand’s largest and busiest port, means we can export or ship to anywhere in the country.

Our fully equipped Production Manufacturing department can fabricate production runs to meet your requirements.  For your larger projects, we regularly work with our Projects team to effectively project manage your job.
